NATO's Secretary General has again dampened expectations of Ukraine, which had hoped to get the green light for membership at the organization's summit starting next Tuesday in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius. Jens Stoltenberg said in Brussels that NATO leaders will offer Kyiv what he called a "rapprochement" but not membership or a concrete timetable for Ukraine to join the military organization.
